    • (3) 1441 MBH Raypack HHW boilers
    • Johnson Metasys DDC building management system
  2. Loading/Service:
    • (2) Loading/receiving areas with dedicated, secure staging and cylinder storage space
    • Direct access to the exterior loading roll up doors
  3. Hazardous Materials Control Areas:
    • Three dedicated hazardous material storage control areas provide for a highly efficient and flexible research space
  4. Electrical Capacity & Emergency Power:
    • Building main electrical service is 3000A at 480V
    • Ample normal power expansion capacity available to the suite
    • 250KW emergency generator backup for the lab space and critical mechanical equipment
  5. Utility Enclosures:

    • Steam provided by two dedicated Parker 750 MBH steam boilers
    • Existing deionized water loop (skid to be provided by tenant)
    • Nitrogen gas provided by 1,500 bulk tank located in service enclosure
    • Specialty gas piping and cylinder locations in receiving and lab space
  8. Lab Space:
    • (28) 8 ft fume hoods, (2) 6 ft fume hoods, (2) 8 ft walk‐in fume hoods, and (1) 6 ft walk-in fume hood. All fume hoods are equipped with N2, CA, VAC, and electrical services
    • Phoenix variable air volume valves with fume hood sash sensors to maximize energy efficiency
